ActivationGrid provides market-intelligence information based on public sources and human review. It is provided for research and informational purposes and should not be treated as legal, financial, investment, compliance or professional advice.

We aim to connect records to supporting sources and distinguish verified information from information that is not confirmed. Even so, public sources can be incomplete, outdated or incorrect.

Counts, comparisons and observed activity describe the published ActivationGrid index. They do not represent every activation, venue, brand or market event.

ActivationGrid may link to websites, announcements, social posts or other third-party material used as evidence. Those sources are controlled by their respective owners. A link does not mean ActivationGrid endorses the source, brand, venue, product or claim beyond the context stated in the record.

You may use the public site for legitimate research, market analysis and business intelligence. You must not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, attempt to extract non-public data, misuse the site to harm others, or use automated access in a way that materially disrupts the service.

You may submit a good-faith correction request about a published record. Submissions are review inputs only: they do not create a public comment, guarantee a response, or automatically change, remove or publish any record. Supporting sources may be checked against other evidence before a record is updated.

These terms may be updated as ActivationGrid moves beyond the public beta or introduces accounts, additional submissions, paid services or additional markets. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future use of the service.
