About ActivationGrid · Our story

Brand experiences happen everywhere. The context should last.

ActivationGrid is a UAE-first intelligence platform documenting how brands show up in the physical world. We connect activations to the places, people, ideas and original sources behind them, so yesterday's experience becomes useful research for tomorrow's decision.

The intelligence chain

From a signal to a usable record.

Source-backed
  1. 01

    Original source

Official event listing or published project evidence

  2. 02

    Structured context

Brand, venue, date, experience and roles

  3. 03

    Quality & review

Conflicts flagged; records evaluated before release

  4. 04

    Public intelligence

Searchable history, linked to the evidence

An observation is not automatically a verified activation. Relationships, event dates and source claims must stand up to scrutiny.

Why we exist

A campaign is a moment. Intelligence makes it part of a bigger picture.

A pop-up closes. An installation comes down. An event ends. Its announcement may remain online, but the useful details are often scattered across venue calendars, brand posts, press releases and project portfolios.

We're building a structured memory of those experiences: what was activated, where it happened, which format it used, and what the available evidence actually establishes.

That matters because better planning starts with better questions, not just more inspiration. Which mechanics have appeared at a venue? Which brands have collaborated? Which production credits are documented? Which claims still need checking?

Inside ActivationGrid

More than an event listing.

We collect useful relationships, not just headlines. Each layer adds context to the published index.

Our methodology

Evidence before assumptions. Quality before volume.

Technology helps us identify potential activity and structure information. Verification and publication are separate decisions with safeguards designed to keep uncertainty visible.

01

Discover

We scout approved official venue, brand and organiser sources for real-world activity. A discovered link is a lead, not a published fact.

02

Structure

We connect the activity to specific brands, venues, dates, formats and mechanics. Distinct roles stay distinct: a venue is not automatically the organiser.

03

Check the evidence

Source passages and quality checks help flag ambiguous dates, conflicting claims and questionable assignments. AI assists the process; it does not independently approve a record.

04

Review and publish

Records pass the editorial approval and publication safeguards before appearing in the public index. Corrections and new evidence can change what we publish.

What “verified” does and does not mean

It means a record has passed our defined evidence and publication checks. It does not mean we witnessed the activation, independently measured its commercial success, or captured everything that happened in the market. When dates, partners or outcomes are unclear, we should say so rather than fill in the gaps.

Who it helps

Built for the people shaping real-world experiences.

Brand teams01

See what is happening around your category.

Explore other brands' observed experiences, locations and recurring activation formats.

Agencies02

Research before the next pitch.

Find relevant precedents, compare venues and build a sourced shortlist instead of starting with scattered searches.

Venues03

Understand how spaces are used.

Follow the activations and mechanics documented at a destination without mistaking our sample for its full history.

Suppliers04

Let documented work speak for itself.

As verified project credits grow, discover evidence-backed production and creative relationships tied to real activations.

Where we start

UAE first. The GCC is the ambition.

We're building depth in the UAE before widening coverage across the Gulf. The public index is an evolving sample of source-backed activity, not a complete census of activations, agencies or market spending.

Now

UAE

Growing the public activation index and source coverage, venue by venue.

Next ambition

GCC

Broader regional comparisons once we can support them with reliable evidence.

Where we're going

Discovery is useful. Better decisions are the goal.

Our free public index helps you understand what happened. AG Pro is evolving toward deeper research: comparing venue DNA, investigating observed market patterns and compiling source-backed pitch briefs.

Interactive research previews are available today. Paid subscriptions, persistent member accounts, competitor alerts and broader team workflows are not yet launched.

Agency intelligence

Build documented supplier and agency project histories with verified role-specific credits.

Verification foundation in development

Our commitments

Confidence should be earned. Not bought.

We're building this with a simple principle: every claim should be proportionate to its evidence, whether it comes from a public page, a partner submission or an automated extraction.

No purchased verification

Payment or promotion must never turn an unsupported claim into a verified record or supplier credit.

No invented results

We don't infer ROI, attendance, agency involvement or venue performance from attractive photos or announcement copy.

Sources and corrections

Published activity links back to supporting sources. People can request corrections, which are reviewed rather than published automatically.

Transparency about limits

Coverage is selective and growing. Missing a record does not prove an activation, brand or partnership never existed.
